Is there a Photobucket type site where we can upload photos and use them in OFF? I’ve probably taken some 1,000 photos of I-17 & Sedona, Arizona. Not to mention the thousands I have taken around N.Y. I figure someone could use them and there’s no copyright issues. Meteor Crater & Grand Canyon tomorrow so my OFF edits will probably have a desert theme for a while when I come back on.
I understand that Gobras City is a blue area and anyone can feel free to edit whatever they please. I think going forward there needs to be some communication regarding edits to other’s work. For the last two years I made it a habit not to make changes to any previous work no matter how it looked and if I did it would be very minor. I really didn’t mind when half of my schools were renamed, airports turned into bases, removing the park background of the zoo etc. What does bother me is the several hours of work I did near Sky Point Boulevard & Lamong Road. A lot of the area is now changed without any notice. If someone felt the traffic pattern did not work or they did not like it then send me a message. One of the reasons I like Gobras City so much is the interaction with other users and their work and they way it is starting grow like a real city flaws and all.
First Harbor celebrated it’s 3rd OGF anniversary today. Three years went by pretty quickly. I have been building small monuments since September 3rd, 2015 here in First Harbor.
Has anyone heard of f4map? Somehow it is able to turn your OSM edits in to 3D. These are my edits in OSM around the Lake Ronkonkoma, NY area. http://demo.f4map.com/#lat=40.8228222&lon=-73.1182558&zoom=16 I wonder if the same link can be made to OGF?
This is my first attempt at a golf course so my question is its realism. Would this be a realistic course to play?

I just installed the Areaselector plugin for JOSM and I have no idea how to open it. I followed the instructions to install it and a message popped up and said it was successful. Are the plugins in plain view or do you need to open them from another menu?
The Gobras City Zoo is open. I have no idea what animals live in the OpenGeofiction world so feel free to add exhibits and such, to the zoo. Each continent has it’s own separate section.

this is from a few months ago. I was surprised to see a screenshot of my little fictional town of Valkaria. I found the comments interesting.
I am currently at the Esri User Conference in San Diego. I have a few fiction maps in the map gallery. Maybe next year we could display a few prints from Open Geo Fiction.
Is there a way to separate the the national boundary from the coastline? I wanted to clean up the boundaries in Orinoco to make it look like it has a 20 mile buffer instead of the mess I have now. I don’t want to flood anyone by making edits to the coastline.

Based on some new edits it appears Orinoco is located roughly in the same location as northern Japan.
