Hello all,
I am a fairly new mapper and started a few months ago. I own the country Belunjio and was wondering what you guys think about what I have created so far. I have created an small village in my stretch of mountains going across the country and I am quite impressed with it. It is along a mountain pass and some of the houses in it are fairly new including the fire station.

The mountain pass looks cute. The village is not that bad; you even have numbered houses, which is a detail not seen everywhere. Your buildings, though, look a bit, er eclectic: none are rectangular. Sizes are also a bit off. I see you use ID for editing, maybe you need a scale helper ?

Same as Marcello. The motorway near the city is slightly off. Another thing is that motorways don’t go too near to villages, as realistically the motorways are for connecting major or slightly minor towns. A trunk road will be best to connect to the village.

Thank you so much for ideas: @marcello I squared the houses and rescaled the village. @zhenkang the motorway connects several larger cities towards the east and is the only route through the Miandran mountain range I deleted the exit for the village and had another look at here to do some slight changes to make it more realistic.
