It’s in the good range. A bit small, but still acceptable.
For instance, you can use the OGF-OSM side-by-side comparison. Here’s your town compared to Tijuana, Mexico (which is also a border town).

Freeways/motorways don’t end on roads like that, and why does your motorway which crosses the border switches sides and then switches sides again?

But otherwise, I think so your scale is decent.
