Hello to all OGF members. It is a pleasure to greet you in this year 2020.

I regret to inform you that I will rebuild Trinity Island, at my own discretion. I am looking to give you a more New England style, comments are welcome.

I also accept that you give me suggestions, plans for the area and others.

Like your former work in Vondreaux, the detail is nice! But if you are basing this off Boston, shouldn't the grid be a bit more wonky?

Your town looks good at all. It is good methode, to draw first the line parallel to the streets for the houses. Only this: your subway-stations are long 75 m only - you can let run only short trains. And the tunnel in the city is very long.

@Fluffr_Nuttr Thank you. As I said, there are many aspects based in Boston, but I am trying to give the city a unique touch. I will include aspects of Boston such as some downtown ports, industrial areas, several universities ...

@histor The issue of the tunnel has bothered me since I arrived in Trinity Island. It was built by the previous owner, and looks a bit unrealistic. I thought that the best option would be something similar to the Øresund bridge, including a tunnel in the middle. But, I don't have a sure idea of what to do.

So this doesn't feel like a New England city to me, which seems to be what you're basing it on. A large grid with a single orientation like this doesn't really exist in New England, because the cities are older. If you're intending this to be an older settlement, which from your wiki article on Trinity Island I expect you are, I suggest lots of different intersecting grids. A look at a city like Providence or even New Haven might give you some ideas. New Haven might be ideal, because it was much more planned than Providence--and it seems like you want to have this be more of a planned city. The city should also follow the natural features such as the coastline much more.

Bridges with a tunnel in the middle like the Chesapeake Bay tunnel would be good for your connection to Burton, I think. You may also want to discuss with the owner of Passamaqueets how your two large cities will interrelate.

So, New Atwick is being rebooted? Not a bad idea if you want it to feel more like New England.

Good luck on whatever you end up doing.
