Please read the tutorial about boundaries in the wiki. You find it at “Help and Ressources”.
The main mistake is, that your boundaries are not strucured in “relations”.

You may want to look at Rhododactylia for an example of how it’s done. I struggled with this as well at first. but found it easier once I had an example to work from.
