What am I doing wrong with JOSM that keeps causing the flooding? I am breaking the nodes with CTRL P and then I join the new nodes in. I then even go into the multipolygon and mark the new segments as OUTER. What gives?
Are the new ways connected at the endpoints, and only the endpoints, to the old way’s endpoints? Are the old ways still connected? Do the ways cross each other?
