In the upper right corner of the screen you can see a small grey triangle next to your username. There you can select “my settings”. In “my settings” you can upload an image for your profile.

Oh sorry I misread it.
Just type !-[]-(), but without the - so an exclamation mark directly followed by two square brackets (with a text of your choosing between them), directly followed by two round brackets with the URL of your picture.
