We should also note that this is one of the many days that floods of this scals have happened. We should either have an AN comitee to deal with the problem, or instead create a system in iD and Potlatch that warms before floods can happen.

You know if flooding happens again, you can make it into a news like ‘ 2000 casualties reported as floodgates broken due to XXX poor maintenance) But this is quite a serious matter so forget it.
