I normally say Czechia. And most countries use their short names. I would say that Liria should be used as the conventional short form and Lirian Republic the conventional long form.
It will come with your territory. Make good use of your wiki priviledges. Write only about your own natiom and others. Even then, nothing much to write unless you mapped a conaiderable amount
Maybe Liria should be the short name, lime The_Cute_Chick said, and the Republic of Liria should be the full/official name. What is your country’s ideology? Sometimes, if adding the ideology to the official name sounds better, example, Democratic Republic of _____ or People’s Republic of _____.
