I don’t know if this has been suggested before, what with the User Diaries being notoriously difficult to search.
I wondered if creating a collection of maperative rulesets might be something the rest of you are interested in?

I have kind of given up on using maperitive, because every time I try to use it, it crashes on my computer. This may have something to do with Mono (which is needed to run maperitive on linux), rather than maperitive directly, but the net result is that I don’t use it, currently.
That said, I think it would be a great idea to make a “collection”. Since rulesets are just text files, actually it could be stored on the wiki if you wanted to go that direction (under the OGF: namespace) - but that would be a bit kludgy. I’m not sure where else that kind of collection could be hosted. Maybe just some files at a dropbox type site, but that isn’t very scalable. Maybe some kind of space on a github type site.
