Like something we could all learn from?

That all is dependent on how you define best and most worked...
Most people just tag "for the renderer" and not really care about the underlying data, so even if something looks great on the map it might not be good data-wise lile something that is not as well mapped.
As someone who wants to create more i really care about all the Data and even map Stuff like opening hours, highway lanes, a bunch of reference numbers and some other things. It might not be rendered but I think it's important anyway.

@UltraWorlds: It's hard to answer that question. My favourite place at the moment is Ostrina, Antharia by user stjur. Look at all the wonderful roof details!
@martinum4: Good point! I also like tagging things that are hidden in the standard layer, but at the moment I just don't arrive at that level. But it is very important that OGF mappers understand that "best mapped" can't be defined only by what you see in the OGF map. For me - like for you, I guess - good mapping in OGF is rather defined by data quality than by "visual" quality. But really good mapping is a positive combination of both!
By the way, I just had some fun finding some "unrendered" stuff like switches and signals in Neuhafen area using Overpass Turbo. :)

Check out Featured Map archives for a variety of examples.

I'd like to think Frogtown, Poochabookoe Beach, and a few other areas I've spent time working on in Rhododactylia might be contenders for that title, but I'll reserve judgment for someone less biased. :-)

If you think somewhere in OGF is good, then please nominate it. There's absolutely no problem nominating your own map, though it may not get featured until it's fully developed.

There is good work all spread over the OGF planet. Besides the comments given above, I really like Mstr's list of featured objects. People can nominate magnificent pieces of the OGF world by category. It's really nice to see how things are done and can set an example of how to create a certain something (but of course not copying it because that would be rude). Although these objects listed here might be fairly small and only include one or some buildings, but there is some real craftsmanship included in that list.
