I will be constructing several cities and roads connecting them in Project Simaye’. You may already notice the City of Ramani, it’s rather unconnected Beltway, and construction on the Ombo-Ramani Parkway. I suggest also start discussing with others who are mapping in the country. I would agree with the highway, but is it profitable? Is it necessary for the two sides?
Ramani needs more developement first. That ring highway isnt enough. Start creating a city before creating motorways. On the wiki you can search up OGF:Making realistic Cities for details.

I agree with Zhenkang that it needs more development. Also, your city’s population is too high, with 2,509,732 people living in it.
About the Ombo-Ramani Parkway:
I don’t think so you should make an ≈ 600-700 Kilometer Highway connecting the capital to Ramani yet. Develop your city, and when you think the time is right, make a highway/freeway. Or, you could just make/shift your city to a spot where there is a freeway which goes to Ombo/or is close to Ombo.
