How do I move a group of line without deleting and redrawing them?
Posted by andrepoiy on 3 October 2017 in English.I recently made a train station with many rails going through it, but unfortunately I built it way too inland and I have no clue how to move it without deleting and redrawing.
Is there a way of moving this train station?

Consider downoading JOSM - here you just select everything and grab it. As for browser editors, I don’t believe there is a way (or at least an easy way) to do it.

Shift Click them all and press M in iD Editor, right?
There may be some problems if the lines are too big.

While you’re moving the rails, consider this: Your tracks are about 5 metres apart. That is fine for tracks along the line, but far too narrow for putting platforms between them. I would advise to double rhe distance, at least.
