I have just started mapping Eäßnørdælånd and I am open for any suggestions.I have just created Bloregia border.I will start forming topography and rivers.
Eassnoordelaand? Eessnordaleend? I’m not even sure how to pronounce it, man. If you’re making a conland you need to crack down on some of these diacritics, this is waaay to overcomplicated, to the point that it might breach the Verisimiltunde rule.
Personally, I like the name Eäßnørdælånd – but I agree iẗ is a bit unpractical. Any time I write it I copy-paste it, because it feels too slow to type it, even though I do have a suitable pan-European keyboard setting.
Maybe you could make an English (Ingerish) translation or transcription of the name, for international purposes? Eastnortherland or Eassnoerdaerlaand or something like that.
The language interests me a lot, I’m looking forward to the wiki article about it. Of course, keep the mapping a priority! :)
So I changed ‘o with line’ to ‘ ö’ (in real life swedish)-but in the country name it will be ‘O’ other- wise it would be ‘nördeland’ which is too funny for a country name- and made’ a’ with a ‘bubble’ on it a also æ will be written ae if neccesary.Otherwise it will be writen e.So there will be 34 letters in the alphabet(Turkish Alphabet+Q,X,W,Ä,ß)
If you ask why Turkish Alphabet because it’s not too different from the Swedish alphabet they both have ö for ex. and I want to use big and small Iı İi.Also I want to use ü.
