As you can see on this area, some countries have their frontiers in the sea, a few kilometers away from the coast. I would like my country UL203 to have the same. What can I do ?

A country’s border is a relation. The relation contains some number of ways. Right now, your country’s border relation includes the way(s) that is your country’s coastline. To move your border out to sea, make a new line where you want your border to be (you can use the “make parallel copies” and pull your coastline out by some number of kilometers, or just estimate where you want) and then add that new way to your border relation, and remove the old coastline way from the border relation. JOSM will test the integrity of your border relation and give you notification if there are problems.
I’m not sure this is helpful - It’s hard to explain in just words. I noticed Thilo also made answer to this question last year here. Perhaps a tutorial should be made?

The coastline and the boundary run at the same line (“way”). You can draw a new boundary “3 miles” away from your coast with the tags [boundary = administrative] and [admin_level = 2]. This boundary is to join with the relation of your present boundary. At the coastline you too have the tags of the boundary. Have a look, to which relation this boundary is junctioned. The new boundary is to junction with this relation. Then at the coastline you can delete the boundary with admin_level = 2.
If you are not sure what to do, then write and I will do it for you.

La frontière d’un pays est une “relation”. La “relation” contient un nombre de “ways” (lignes?). Maintenant, la “relation” qu’est la frontière de votre pays comprend des lignes qui est de la côte (coastline) de votre pays. Pour déplacer votre frontière vers la mer, faire une nouvelle ligne où vous voulez que votre frontière pour être (vous pouvez utiliser le “faire des copies parallèles” et tirez-la de votre côte par un nombre de kilomètres, ou tout simplement estimer où vous voulez), puis ajouter ce nouveau ligne dans votre “relation” de frontière, et enlever le vieux ligne de côte de la “relation” de frontière. JOSM permettra de tester l’intégrité de votre relation de la frontière et vous donner notification s’il ya des problèmes.
Il y a 25 ans depuis que j’ai etudie le francais… translate.google m’a aide … probablement n’a pas toujours de sens

@ clik il-y-a deux relationes =
365 = polygone avec l’area du pays (sans quelque kilometres dans la mer)
9304 = boundary avec “3 miles”.
Votre pays est sans nome. J’ai donne “XYZ”. Si tu veux un nome nouveau, tu changes la relation # 9304. Clic on la frontiere, clic on la relation (deux fois) et tu peux change le nome.
O.k. - I’m not good in french, but I hope you understand. Shall I write in german? Bien, je ne sius grande en francais. Peux je ecrire en allemande?

@histor Merci beaucoup pour ton aide. Mon pays n’a pas encore de nom, je vais le créer bientôt en fonction de la langue que j’invente. Je vais quand même essayer sur JOSM de créer la frontière plus loin dans la mer (au même niveau que celle de Sathria.
@Luciano Je crois que j’ai bien compris ce que je dois faire. Créer une ligne parallèle à la ligne de côte sur JOSM et utiliser la relation pour lui donner la fonction de frontière du pays.
J’ai bien compris ce que vous avez dit en français :-), mais désolé, je ne comprend pas l’allemand…

When I try to make parallel lines, it makes ugly things… Do you know how to get smooth sea frontiers ? Do you think I should draw a beautiful one helped by the line of the ugly one that I’ve just created ?

Sorry for not waiting for your answer, but I’ve just created the frontier where I want it to be. I need to do something with relations and to delete histor’s frontier, but I prefer waiting for your help to avoid doing bad things…

pas du problem = la ligne nouveau (de toi) maintenant est un part de relation # 9304 et la ligne vielle (de moi) j’ai delete. Dans la fin du nord du ligne tu as dessine un double ligne, j’ai delete aussi (relation # 9304 c’etait double).
Si tu veux change la frontiere maritime, tu peux simple mouve (? - move) les points de la frontier existée, sans dessine une ligne nouveau. Si tu faire dans cette maniere, tu as pas des problemes avec la relation.
