I finished the first city of my new state of Teberia yesterday and I think that I can be a bit proud of my work if I compare it to other’s first cities :)
The city is called Polgiana and it has a somewhat mediterranean style. It wont be the largest city of Teberia, but maybe the second largest after it’s capital, which I will start in the next days.
I hope you like it :D

It is very good, I would never guess it was a first city (or near first). I’d recommend that you detail the coastline more before building along it because now the coast looks very simple and plain. I would also recommend building more rails but it is very hard to critique.

I lost so much motivation after my first month and kind of stopped except for trying to learn JOSM :c. This just gave me some motivation to continue Kanea. Thanks Pixel :D

For a first city, it looks really good. I especially like the city centre with all the plazas! But I would not say that it was totally finished. Things like, for example, the landuse around the Monte Puliana could look very interesting. But this is a very good start. Keep it up! :)

Good work — the Centro Storico is really nice and detailed. If Teberia’s second-largest city is only 10 km², then this would seem to be quite a rural country… very refreshing in OGF where rural areas are often ignored.
The only other thing that comes to mind is that I’d probably expect a town like this to be a bit more centered/focused on a historical harbor, and/or located nearer the river.
Also, you may not want to call it ‘finished’ until it gets blended into the surrounding rural areas — for many people that is the hardest part of building a city!

Thank you all for your feedback!
@An egg trying to draw a map Nice to hear that I gave you some motivation! It would be great if my neighbour countries would develop too, because at the moment they also still look very untouched like Teberia.
@isleño Yes, it will be a very rural and not very rich country. Large industry areas like the one in Pogliana will be very rare and I think that most people will work in agribusiness and maybe tourism.

It is quite good, from someone who only started to map. I got my country 2 months ago, yet there was little progress in my towns i built up in Singkangia. Possibly i was too busy writing my country wiki article instead.
One thing I noticed, there is a lack of greenery surrounding your city.

Greenery will blend your city better.
