Gambling doesn’t seem to play a crucial role in OGF so far: where gambling is offered
If you are interested in where something is offered or where and how tags are used, just have a look at the list of standard overpass queries. There you can also look up the official explanation for keys and tags in the OSM wiki. Enjoy!

Anyway, if you use “casino” instead of gambling”, this is what you find re. casinos. They seem noticeably more common around the FSA, for some reason.

My city-state Tárrases is meant to be a gambling mecca, like Macau or Monaco. But I only used the amenity=casino tagging.

Jefferson will definitely have a gambling city, but casinos will be scattered throughout the country. (I love poker!)

The nation of Antigo (or Pretanic Faction State) actualy will have a casino near the border with Pretany, in a city infamous for being the spot of black market goods, drug and child trafficking. In fact it is the hub of illict activities of Antigo, which the government denies it location. The infamous dark corner of an already dark dystopia. Actually you can say it is an utopia though. The activities in the city however helps the economy a bit, so that is why the govt is also a bit unwilling to do a crackdown.

Oakhill (Federal States) has a Casino in Fort Gumryn. Too are some of such Casinos (Roulette etc.) in Latina and Zylanda, but not tagged as “casino”. Can be added next time.

Fort Massær is nicknamed the ‘Gambling City’ but I don’t have more than 4 casinos :P

Gambling is generally kind of frowned upon in Freedemia. As it’s seen sort of as a victimless crime unless the person gambles money that belongs to someone else, it’s LEGAL, but culturally it’s very much not accepted. Most gambling would be under the table to the extent that it wouldn’t be mapped, as most would probably see a casino or gambling facility as a haven for riff-raff and run them out of the neighborhood. Arcades are popular though, and feature some typical arcade staples that could arguably be considered gambling (spinning the wheel for tickets, etc)

Just build the casino here, though I am unsure why it isn’t on the overpass yet.
The town will have much more stuff. Like those terraces sells who knows what or offer err… ‘special services’.

There will be a government sanctioned casino at another end of Antigo, though it closed down due to economic sanctions.
