I went to download the August 16th backup, and much to my surprise, got a 134-byte PBF file (effectively empty). The August 15th backup looks okay. Hopefully, this will be fixed in time for tomorrow’s backup run…

Thanks for letting me know. The Overpass query for generating the backup aborted with “Query run out of memory”. Maybe the amount of data has simply become too large to export everything with a single query, and I’ll need to figure out a different strategy.
