OpenGeofiction
I’ve made a little territory on the boundary between Reeland and UL021. It’s supposed to be a territory not claimed by either country, like Liberland.
It’s free to edit by anyone (EDIT: I think it’s better to keep it collaborative for now), but I think it’d be better to make a plan first, so please don’t edit without consulting one another.
I’ll make a wiki page and a talk so we can discuss there.

Liberland is an odd thing. That being said this could be interesting. Looks like a good spot for an international university?

I think the biggest challenge here would be constructing a plausible explanation as to why this land is unclaimed and why it has not formed its own government. Normally unclaimed areas are either annexed by another country or their inhabitants band together to establish their own state.
The interesting area you mention between Serbia and Croatia, as well as Bir Tawil between Egypt and Sudan, only exist because the neighboring countries have a border dispute in which claiming those areas would mean giving up disputed areas that are much larger. And some people would even argue that these “unclaimed” areas are not truly terra nullius but merely undetermined status, until the border disputes are resolved.
So… it’ll be interesting to see how this is explained. Happy wiki-ing. :-)

You know, I haven’t thought of that at all… Maybe I can cut out another part of Reeland and say it’s under my control, but still disputed. What I also have to be aware of is that my nation doesn’t like wars.
Why has it not formed its own government? That may be even harder to answer to.
I often make things randomly and I forget to consider why is it built/done just like that, which is probably my biggest problem in geofiction.
