I have made a very very very crude coastline, so that in a few hours (it takes the renderer some time to update from the OGF database, especially with coastlines) you have an island again. It’s yours to refine now.

First and foremost, remove that motorway and downgrade to a primary or secondary road.
Secondly, the island is abit too small to host a city. I prefer if you focus on the natural features.
