Bus route tips

Posted by KTheBritMC on 16 July 2020 in English (English)

Hiya!

I want to prosper my city by adding bus routes, particularly around the city centre to start with. Does anyone have any tips for keeping track of all of these routes so that I don't get them mixed up with each other and can quickly view all the routes?

Thanks

Using this tool made by Austin Huang, you can visualize bus routes (and other public transport routes), provided you organized them in a relation with type=route. Using JOSM you can easily add the streets and stops to such relations.

@Taka: For future reference, don't link the entire Gobras City since loading it is just too resource-demanding

Oh, good call :P My idea was that I wanted to make sure it linked somewhere with lines to show, that was the first place that came to mind, my bad

a portion of Gobras City could work, just don't show the entire city, it destroys computers
