OpenGeofiction
We have an IRC channel. I know that much. However… IRC is on its way out, and I was wondering if there was another communication platform that we already use - e.g. Discord, Slack, etc.
Does such a thing already exist outside of the IRC channel?

We’ve had a Discord and it ended badly. Try using the WikiForum or whatever is it called.

Discord was tried and was not particularly successful. We have a Facebook group which you are welcome to apply to join: https://www.facebook.com/groups/115553992403427/

The person who started the discord actually made rules which are slightly in favour of himself and managed it without the admins’ guidance so a lot of people complained.

It seems he left 4 months ago I’m his neighbor (on the map) and I haven’t seen any activity plus http://opengeofiction.net/user/JoshuaRoadMapper/history#map=4/17.80/149.93
