Very good looking details neatly in scale.
What do you mean, “Buildings from other parts of the world”? You haven’t copied elements from real world or other mappers, have you? OGF is about being as original as possible without being unrealistic.
Suggestions: Add river bend details and draw riverbanks before expanding too much. Also add other natural features in the area. Work on semi-big scale with main roads and landuse for a while, then zoom in to add details area by area. There is not much to say about the city as a whole as long as only a few blocks have been mapped.

Looks fantastic so far, great detail. I would ask for some more content before you share on user diaries though, there isn’t too much to talk about yet. As the user above said, draw the river and other natural features before anything else- currently the bridges over your river are really small.

Thanks for your opinions! I will take them into account; especially to develop it, the longest bridges, details in the rivers, among others. With respect to buildings, I know that it is forbidden to copy maps of the real world; but to make it look like London I use some and I modify them. When I say “buildings from other parts of the world” I mean that I take inspiration from other places like Washington D.C., Vienna, Paris, Manchester, etc.

But isn’t it more a theme park just now? Needs all the buildings of real life, the real London rather than the Westminster bubble?

Yes, I know that I must expand the limits; But is it allowed to copy a city as it is in its entirety of OSM or not?

No, it is not allowed to copy significant chunks of OSM data into OGF.
