Hello OGF community! I have recently completed the planning of the Déserts mapping, but I still have a question. I know that the Nile is a river that crosses the desert, but since there is a some narrow space between the sea and the desert, the rivers will be viable in my country or not? Please comment.

Much of your northern boundary is a stream. Near the sea it is mapped as waterway=stream (see https://opengeofiction.net/way/13861925), but in the desert areas it is mapped as waterway=stream + intermittent=yes (see https://opengeofiction.net/way/13861928).

So in your desert areas you would want to show the intermittent dry streams

Usually in deserts and nearby areas rivers and streams are never permanent, even when outside the strict arid area of the desert to a place that has more precipitation.
My suggestion for the area would be for all streams to be non-permanence, as waterway=stream. You can also draw some isolated, small endorrheic basins directly in the desert area around oasis and salt lakes. Drowning a whole basin that drains into the sea in a place like that tends to be unrealistic, apart from the edges of the desert.

Oops sorry. But it is still realistic to have a few rivers, whether seaspnal or otherwsie. Remember to put in a few lakes for oases.
