I feel with you: I need at least half a dozen of resorts (hotel and/or bungalow) and two or three golf courses would not hurt, neither. This is how I got this far:

Samiloor is in parts very exquisitely mapped. There is a good 18 (!) hole golf course about 6 k.m. north of Carispoole, some resorts west of it and a (unnamed) theme park with roller coaster rides some 5 k.m. northwest of Carispoole.

Just as it happens, I am also developing a resort corner, but the spot I am editing now is not a popular spot for tours is nowadays; it was for the Ingerish colonial masters in the past.
