Welcome back! Just remember verisimilitude.
If I could offer a suggestion, I would advise you to maybe not have quite as many sci-fi sounding names.

If you’re having trouble coming up with non sci-fi names, try using this name generator: https://donjon.bin.sh/name/
You can pick different categories depending on what culture you want for your country, although it is limited a bit to names that aren’t as modern.
