So… What are your plans on OGF now that everyone has got more time on their (washed!) hands? I plan to keep myself busy with loads of detailing on the island I’ve worked on, maybe rearrange some parts a bit. Add details like trees, benches, mailboxes, stores and facilities, take a good luck at the road network and if any logic mistakes like wrong directioned one-way streets happened. Gonna see if I get to do any real progress now. Maybe lay out some rough sketch of history/placenames etc. aswell. And you?

Happy New Year folks! Currently started redoing my capital city. Maybe this time a bit more… spaced properly. It really is better to do ALL the geography layouts before doing the actual cities/roads etc. Currently trying to figure out why X is in A instead of B even if actually B would be more logical in Hindsight. Jeez…

Good day everybody, Incredibly glad to announce that my new PC has finally arrived and I’ll pick it up from the Post Office today. I’m looking forward to spending time here with you again after my almost 1 year leave that was caused by a number of reasons including tech problems and simple lack of time. Happy to finally get some ideas from my mind onto the servers.

This isnt meant to be rude in any way at all but it seems like a lot of your questions could be answered by that fairly easy. Obviously we will still help each other here as much as we can, we all started without knowing how this works.

Hello fellow mappers, Whilst being in the very first steps of planning a (rail-) Trip across europe I had an idea. For those not familiar,an Interrail pass is a railpass bought mostly by Young people which enables them to travel by train all over Europe for cheap. Youre standing at the Station and See a train that goes somewhere you like. You fill in the station you are currently at, the one you are headed to and Just get on the train. The ogf-world seems to be working together slightly better than the real one, so why not introduce the Worldtravel-Pass (better name TBA?), which would enable the buyer to travel by rail and ferry all over the world instead of only one continent. There will still be cheaper versions of this only valid for one continent/Region or the more expensive one for the whole world. This could run under the World Tourism Organisation I assume. Now, realistically, Not every country can participate or wants to. But even nations which don’t focus much on rail travel (my own included) or small island nations can offer Discounts for local bus/ferry etc. Services aswell as 10% discounts in hostels. Does this Sound too optimistic? Could be implemented in the wiki article as a table where you add your country and tick off the Services offered (Rail/Ferry/Urban transport/hostel & Museum discounts) using the Red/yellow/green symbols known from other articles. Hey there, After only being active very sparsely for the past 3 months I can announce that I’ll finally be ending my break and start to waste my free time on ogf again. I’ve got more sheets with scrabbled notes saying ,,Ogf ideas” on them then you can imagine. Kingfries is back and i’ve got a ton of stuff to haul up too.

Hey everyone , how are you folks doing? Just wanted to let you know that I wont be online for some time until long after easter. Like I said recently my laptop broke and I got the confirmation that the Problem was the cooling and some Part inside actually was melting… Pff glad that thing didnt catch fire… So yeah… Won’t be online for some time, Just so you dont think I forgot about ogf. I’ll still be able to check the diary and Wiki from phone though. Anyways, hear from you guys
