I had plans for a “parrel” Canada, a nice city and everything else is just bears, trees, and mountains. It would in a way take the vast untouched landscape aspect but practically every (large) country has vast wilderness so I wouldn’t really know.
Bas-Chanceux is probably the closest we got to Quebec, and even then, it doesn’t have as strong of a language protection law (though not for lack of trying).
