Hi Everybody,
My name is sōTo and i have recently became a new user.
I have been mapping over a few days and i made this city. It is a rest stop type of city based off on tourists driving on the highway. Please feel free to give me suggestions on how to make my mapping style better.
Also, when I tried downloading JOSM, (im on mac btw) when I would try and open the application, it kept giving me this error: “JOSM” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. Does anyone have any advice on fixing this issue?

That’s odd, I’ve never seen that before. Have you tried running as administrator?

I’m pretty sure you need to press the control key along with clicking open JOSM when first opening the application (I’m on Mac too). I am not completely sure though as it has been a long time since I downloaded JOSM.

@yoyo21Now I can open it but it gives me a pop up message saying: JRELoadError, and proceeds to close the application

You need to install Java Runtime Environment 8u251 (note that Mac itself includes Java SE 12 which cannot run JOSM).

It’s free, yes.
As to your city, layout looks fine, but you should straighten things a bit (and seeing you’re getting JOSM, you are definitely on track of doing that).

@soTo if what austinhuang said doesn’t work, right-click JOSM and click open, then you should be able to open it.
