OpenGeofiction
Create a traditional tale, myth or folklore of your country. It DOES NOT need to be original, it can be based on a well known tale or story in the real world, but still originality is preferred. Write in perfect Ingerish (English), or otherwise in your country’s language and translated to Ingerish. It does not need to be too long. Also state the country of origin, or if unknown, say where it is popular in since XXX BC or AD. It does not need to be realistic; magic and mysterious powers are accepted in the tale (since the story is fictional anyway). You can post it in this wiki article instead if not here.
BONUS: If you own two or more countries, create two different versions or variants on the same tale you created on one of your countries. It is optional to state how it had travelled or spread to that country. The title of the tale can be different. For example Ye Xian and western tale Cinderella, which both are on the sale plot.

I’m sorry, but since this is on the OGF wiki and not part of a user’s own wiki page or related to only one country, do you really have the authority to decide whether someone’s tale should be part of the list? I think as long as it follows the general rules of OGF anyone should be able to add their tale.
That being said, I have an interesting idea for a tale from Jefferson.

I think this is an excellent idea, but also agree with Thunderbird’s point - if you want to “control” the list, it should be posted to your “User:” space (for example User:zhenkang/Lists/Collection_of_Tales, or something like that). If you make a list for the general namespace, as you have done, it is by definition open to all users to add as they wish, although you may set some rules if you would like, for example “Only add tales with their own articles” or “Only add tales which are mentioned in the wiki elsewhere” etc.
In fact, I have some (incomplete) tales, in progress, for both Ardisphere and Mahhal: they are hosted at my “LucianoSource” page (modeled on Wikisource).

As said above, there are myths and legends in OGF, of course. I think they may not the typical pages you’d find in wikipedia (if they are the full content, rather than the description of the content), so the source page model Luciano started seems a good idea. It would be up to their creators whether they be listed or not.
Also, its not clear what sort of page this is. There are only really two sorts of pages in OGF wiki (plus user pages or links through user pages): those with ‘OGF:’ as prefix, which are ‘out of world’ and those which are part of this worlds wiki. It would be confusing to have ‘OGF world’ in a page title - it should either be ‘List of tales’ (or legends, whatever), or ‘OGF:List of tales’.
