Since there is a page for List of country names in various languages, there should be another page for List of continents names in various languages.
Translate these continents to your country’s language! (only showing continents that have been mapped)

Good idea! The unmapped continents should probably also be included though.

Isn’t this, and the country names, data which is better suited to being included within the map itself rather than the wiki?
For example take a look at Europe on OSM: osm.org/node/25871341
A Wiki list could then be automatically extracted from the map data.
