Well, there is a list of treaties on the wiki which includes the trade agreement you mentioned (though under a different name).

Free Trade Agreements need not be between individual countries. If you’re part of an economic community like the European Union, then it may be that all trade agreements will be with the union/community as a whole rather than with individual countries. EU member states are not allowed to negotiate their own separate trade agreements.
