So just delete it to make it a blank territory?

I’ve done that before. I did it all in one edit using JOSM, so you could try that. If you still need help from others to delete it, I’m open to doing so.

I can help. I mean, I’m getting a bit bored with my city and feel like doing something else.

@Admins if I want to help somebody with there territory, will I still get messages regarding this? If no, I’ll help ASAP.

I did it. All in one edit, and it took over an hour to upload from JOSM. I made sure that theruler was sure the the choice and I deleted everything in the nation, thus creating a blank slate.
