Hello to all, I have been working on Terwen’s capitol city, Campech, for a while now, and have mostly completed it. I want to take a look at Campech and ask for suggestions and criticisms on the city. I think that Campech is at least currently my best try at a city because its the first time I’ve made a city with features like detailed building complexes and geography. I know that it needs improvements like a proper mass transit system and more details in certain areas, but I would like to hear your suggestions on what I can do to improve the city. I plan for the city to have a population of between 600,000 and 750,000 in the district limits, and 4-5 million in the metro (seperate from the future San Opicho metro). I also am planning an airport here. So please, give me your most honest and helpful criticisms so that I can improve my cities.

So I started work on my second country, Terwen, today, and I wanted to know if the block size here is at an appropriate scale? I don’t want to mess up the scale like I did when making Farax.

Hello, I’ve been trying to make edits to my country, and every time I attempt to save it I get the error message “Precondition failed, cannot save way” and then another message saying “Document element should be osmChange.” I checked the ending of the data box and it did say osmChange. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Hello, I am using All Electronic Tolling on toll roads in my country and I wondered if there is anything to class an AET gantry? I don’t want to use a toll booth as that indicates a conventional tolling scheme.

Hello. After I removed part of my country to lessen my workload I decided to redo my country. I first contacted Magor about a desert spanning his and my country. I tried out a new roadway prefix system but I decided it was bad so I will stick with the original system. I will now redo street grids so that they are up to scale and complete. FREMONT- After the massive dedication of Fremont’s new subway line, the line opened all of its stations. Fremont’s new subway line runs from the Hancock interchange park northwest to the FARSA Central commuter station. The new subway is completely underground complete with modern trains as well as acess to two other types of mass transit along its route, those two being the FARSA commuter rail via the FARSA Central commuter station and FHSR via the Fremont FHSR Station. The line also provides indirect acess to the Fremont light rail at the Coastal Boulevard station near the Hancock park light rail stop. The Farax Ministry of Transit states that this brand new subway line will help relieve the heavy congestion of Fremont’s road system. Fremont transit (FT) plans to extend the subway southward to the Industrail district and the Port of Fremont via a loop at the end wrapping through the Industrail district and the Port of Fremont. FT also plans to build a subway line through East Fremont and Mackinac possibly with a line going through Fremont International Airport. FT states that a subway line through East Fremont is there main priortity because of its horrific crime problems, poverty-ridden, and “Seemingly hopeless” atmosphere. FT states that a subway line would fix these problems to an extent so people living in East Fremont can find better jobs. Enviroment Farax (EF) instead states that more parks would fix the problem more as well as tearing down abandoned building and replacing them with housing projects for the poverty-ridden residents to move into. There has always been a debate on what to do to improve East Fremont, but a subway line through there may not be the answer.

SCOTTSVILLE- Work on the replacement Martins Ferry bridge is carrying along. One of the new spans has opened and temporarely carries two-way traffic. It is a cable-stayed skyway featuring much more modern features than the original cantiliver truss skyway. Completion and opening of the parallel span is expected to be completed soon.

MACKINAC- FARSA Lines 2 and 4 were officially dedicated and opened yesterday as the next lines in the FARSA Commuter rail system. Currently Lines 1, 2, 3, and 4 are now open. Line 5 may be contruscted through the Port of Fremont soon.

FREMONT- Archealosgists continue to excavate the ancient buried city at the SR 304 and SR 139 interchange. No new ramp closures or delays are expected right now. Scientists say the discovery will help historians understand ancient history much better.

FREMONT- After a period of mass contrusction FARSA Lines 1 and 3 have opened 4 days earlier than the original prediction. The new lines let passengers go from a station near the coast and Victoria parkway to Danville pike. Line 1 is the main line and goes through the two locations while bypassing downtown partially as a third deck on the Sierra Way viaduct. Line 3 goes directly in to downtown with 2 different stops, it passes over a few roadways. Most of the lines feature 1 trackway in each direction but on some overpasses it reduces to 1 line. The station acess roads give acess to the two main stations, the Victoria parkway station can be acessed from Victoria parkway (MW 57), Sasha G. Mullens memorial highway (MW 74), and also Coastal highway (PR 1). The creators of the FARSA Lines hope that they two new lines will relieve congestion on highways and make people more connected with each other.

FARSA Line 2 is under construction currently and Lines 4 will start contruction soon. Lines 5 and 6 are still proposals and Line 7 is a low-priority plan

FORZA- A recent proposal for a motorway from Grandchester Meadows to Columbia has been dismissed as uneccasary and costly. The motorway would start at the interchange of MW 138 and MW 38 near downtown Grandchester Meadows. It would proceed through a mountainus area intersecting MW 65 and MW 57 with cloverstack interchanges. It would then go south of Lake Allan until it reached downtown Columbia where it would end at MW 85 but a short spur would give acess to the massive Columbia university, the university still being under contrusction however. Supporters state how there is no direct route between Grandchester Meadows and Columbia and that people trying to stay on motorways are forced to go in the incredibly congested Fremont area. People against it say that there is not much long distance motorway traffic in between the two cities and that most people travelling between the cities take air flights. “We should focus on adding more airports as there is a lack of airports in the country” states Ralph Giju, a highly influential polictician in the Farax goverment. “Building a new motorway is uneccasary. It would barely get any traffic.” The Farax ministry of transport still has the corridor as “Low-priority” as a compromise between the people for and people against the motorway. The motorway could still be built in the future.

OXFORD- The Gloti district has recently implemented its District Route system into full force with the routes DR 1, DR 2, and DR 5 being introduced recently. Oxford wants to add DR 3, DR 4, and DR 7 later as well as shorter routes. Oxford states publically the District route system is important as the secondary network of the district behind motorways and primary routes.

FREMONT- After a Fremont citizen reported “Something that looks extremely unusual” archealosgists discovered an ancient buried city under the SR 304 and SR 139 interchange. Currently the eastbound Harring avenue to Winchester expressway ramp has been closed but not the westbound Harring avenue to Winchester expressway ramp. Motorists have been detoured to the normal Harring avenue to south SR 139 ramp with a at-grade cut across SR 139. Archealosgists have considered closing the Harring avenue to SR 139 northbound ramp completely to uncover more of the buried city.

DANVILLE- The 2 lane Martins Ferry bridge will be destroyed and replaced by a new 4-lane cable-stayed bridge starting next Monday. The new span will feature design-speed lanes and full sized shoulders. The speed limit will be set at 60 Miles per hour similar to the rest of the expressway-grade Highway of the Allies (PR 88). In other news SR 148 will be cut off into sections as well as the designation removed. This is being done to prevent thru traffic and instead direct it into PR 88 which is a much better roadway.

SCOTTSVILLE- The Scottsville National forest will be expanded so that it covers more area. Envirementalists in the area say that there are many endangered species in the area. They also say it will prevent any kind of “Nature decaying” motorway to be built through there as there are plans to possibly create such a roadway.

FORZA- A district containing Forza as well as a large amount of rural land has been sectioned, this new district is called Gogh. The first district route has been signed as DR 144 just south of Gogh district through the Henderson forest. MW 805 has been extended from the Thomas Hebron bridge to MW 5 replacing the existing SR 385 expressway with a improved freeway. In the Henderson forest the road has been built as a super-two freeway with the Grant tunnel as well as a scenic rest area and hazmat inspection stations.

OXFORD- MW 40 (Veterans memorial turnpike) has been extended to MW 285 as a toll road. It will guide traffic off of the old PR 18. Controversey is still prominent for MW 40 going in the city limits as the Bluff freeway. The hill is a massive challenge as well as going down it either being an eyesore or a cost-prohibitive tunnel. No final decision about MW 40 within the Oxford city limits has been reached.

FORZA- A single section of MW 20 has been approved. A motorway upgrade of Havelock highway is complete and is now a section of MW 20. It is the only section of MW 20 to be approved in the 20 years since it was first proposed. Supporters say it is a huge milestone for the “high-priority” motorway. Groups against the motorway have now taken a huge blow due to this section of motorway being complete. However, groups against the motorway are trying now to prevent MW 20 from going any further than the eastern side of MW 805. They are trying to prevent urban decay from a motorway going straight through the capital city. Supporters say that it will relieve traffic by a huge amount as well as trigger economic devolopment on the decaying east side of Forza. Controversey will be prominent on MW 20 until a final decision is reached which might not be for a long time.

Ground has been broken for a brand new motorway, MW 40. MW 40 will be built as the Veterans memorial turnpike and will be entirely tolled except for portions within Oxford, Winchester, and Foxworth. The propasal was quickily approved as the priority had been quickily and quietly raised to high. Many citizens had complained because there had only been 3 primary east-west motorways, the motorway has gained support for almost all areas except for in the city of Oxford where Oxford states that there is a massive hill unreachable by a motorway under normal conditions and that a massive downhill viaduct would be an eyesore and that a tunnel would be dangerous, incovient, and cost-prohibitive. Oxford says they want MW 40 to bypass Oxford while the Farax Ministry of Transport wants MW 40 to go straight through the city limits as a free of toll section of MW 40. Foxworth has complained as well due to the Great Susky forest within the path of MW 40 as well as refusing to build MW 40 within the PR 404 loop. Foxworth politicians want MW 40 to end at the PR 404 loop instead of continuing through the Great Susky forest to the Farax/TA021 border. The controversey of MW 40 will continue for a great while.

DANVILLE- PR 88 widening has been completed on the entire stretch between the Danville beltway and the southern end of the existing widening except on the Martins Ferry bridge. Proposals have been made to build a new cable stayed span to supplement the two lane existing truss span of the Martins Ferry bridge. The old alingment has been relabeled as SR 148 and is still usable.

FORZA- MW 10 has its SEP improvements completed. Travelers will now find more rest areas and multiple runaway truck ramps. MW 5 will have its SEP improvements done soon

FORZA- Due to increased traffic on PR 8 along the Forza River proposals have been made to build a motorway along PR 8 to relieve traffic as well as give a safer route for traffic. The new motorway is planned to utilize the existing roadways of the entirety of the 8th street expressway, Owenton way, and Owenton parkway, it will bypass all places and will be mostly 2 lanes in each direction with it increases to 4 lanes in each direction inside the Forza beltway.

FORZA- The un-built southern portion of the Forza beltway has been a high-priority project for a long time, it has gained more support despite the enviremental concerns because it passes through forests. Supporters say that it will relieve traffic on MW 5 and MW 105 in the downtown area. Protesters say that it will destroy the Henderson forest and split the New Haven park in half.

WATERLOO- Proposals have been made to widen the Waterloo urban belt so that it is 3 lanes in each direction instead of it mostly being 2 lanes in each direction. It will relieve traffic on the heavily used urban belt.

DANVILLE- Danville has started construction on widening PR 88 from the Danville beltway to the southern end of the existing widening just north of the Martins Ferry bridge. It will improve safety, better connect Scottsville to motorways, as well as sucessfully meet future traffic estimates.

FORZA- The capital has approved the Service Expansion Program (SEP) which will establish more rest stops on Farax’s motorway system. It will also build more runaway truck ramps as well as better warn about road conditions. It will expand Farax’s EDI VMS system to better warn about conditions on roadways.
